The northern edge of the City of Logan, around Springwood, Underwood and Slacks Creek, is a short drive from our base in Sunnybank Hills. We support people here at home and out in the community, with the same approach we use everywhere: a small, steady team, matched to you, and support planned around your week.
Help at home
Personal care, cleaning, laundry and meal preparation make up most of what we do in Logan. Visits are regular and planned in advance, and we aim to keep the same worker with you so you are not explaining your routine to someone new every week.
Getting to the places you need to go
Logan is spread out, and many trips need a car. Our workers can drive you to appointments, including at Logan Hospital in Meadowbrook, to the shops at Springwood or the Logan Hyperdome, and to the classes, clubs and activities you enjoy.
