Opal Home Care Services supports people living with disability in their own homes and out in the community across Brisbane. We are based in Sunnybank Hills, and most of the people we support live within a short drive of us.
Why personal support matters
Support at home works when it feels personal: the same people, who know how you like things done, turning up when they said they would. It stops working when a provider grows faster than its relationships, and every week brings a new face at the door.
That personal part is what we focus on. We keep our teams small around each person, we match workers on what actually matters to you, and we keep asking whether it is working.
